Customers can return the Pelvic Clock® exercise device within 14 days from the date of purchase, and they pay for shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Once submitted, orders can't be cancelled or refunded until you've received your shipment.
Customers can return their item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return.
Returns postmarked after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
All customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with product returns.
To issue a return follow this steps:
1. Request Return Authorization Number (RA#) via email to info@pelvicclock.com.
Include your NAME, ORDER#, and REASON FOR RETURN.
You'll receive a response email with your RA#.
2. Make sure to include the Return Form with your shipment.
3. All eligible returns must be shipped insured to the following address:

Write the RA# on the outside of your package. We will not process any returns that don't have a RA#.
If the returned item arrives damaged (scratched or stained, for example), a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In order to avoid any post office delays, please email us the tracking number of your return.
The refund will be issued within 10 business days after we received the returned item.
Amazon shoppers must initiate a return or exchange within their own Amazon.com account.
